stop this makes me so sad because once it hits 0 that means yeah I’m alive, but someone else isn’t.

The saddest thing is that many of them could’ve been avoid or at least rethought once again if only one person would’ve told them they needed them. This is so sad. Please keep your eyes open. Please take mental illnesses for serious, you can’t imagine what’s goong on in the mind of a suicidal person.
